Project Overview
Designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing promenade and enhance guest experience, this new wing is part of a multi-phase transformation that has repositioned Westfield UTC as a high-end, resort-style commercial hub.
Schuff Steel supplied, fabricated, and erected 330 tons of structural steel for the Phase III expansion. Working within an active mall environment required careful coordination to avoid disruption to ongoing operations and to ensure safety for workers and the public. Schuff Steel’s scope supported key architectural elements and was completed on schedule.
Construction began in April 2024, with the new addition scheduled to open to the public in May 2026.
