Project Overview

With 5,124 rooms, the MGM Grand Las Vegas is the largest single hotel in the United States, and upon opening was the largest in the world.

Hotel rooms are divided across multiple buildings including the main building, three 47-foot tall towers referred to as The Signature, and The Mansion at MGM Grand housing 29 private villas.

The building itself is comprised of fours wings that resemble a cross from the central core. Each wing extends 335 feet with the total length of the building measuring at 784 feet.

Amenities of the property include five outdoor pools, rivers and waterfalls covering 6.6 acres of land, a 380,000-square-foot convention center, the MGM Grand Garden Arena and a 171,500-square-foot casino, the largest in Clark County.
