Spirit – CFF Building Expansion

In a 50,000 square foot expansion The Spirit-CFF Southwest Building project added a 60-foot tall building addition. Framed with structural steel, the build included 200-foot deep trusses designed to carry the load of hanging bridge cranes allowing for more clear space in the working bay below. The structure was supported by a foundation including 325 auger cast piles, pier caps and grade beams.
