Sacramento Airport - Sacramento, CA
The Sacramento Airport used over 3900 tons of steel and over
150 thousand hours of work. This 310 thousand sq ft
BIM project topped out on November 13th, 2009, 8 weeks ahead
of schedule. This is a LEED project which utilized the
Tekla EOR Reviewer process allowing Schuff to have paperless
submittals.

The Palazzo Resort and Casino has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as a Silver LEED® project. According to the USGBC, The Palazzo is not only the largest LEED-certified building in the United States but it is over four times bigger than the second-largest. This project’s structural steel averaged 95% recycled content.
