150 thousand hours of work. This 310 thousand sq ft
BIM project topped out on November 13th, 2009, 8 weeks ahead
of schedule. This is a LEED project which utilized the
Tekla EOR Reviewer process allowing Schuff to have paperless
submittals. |

 The Palazzo - Las Vegas, NV The Palazzo Resort and Casino has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as a Silver LEED® project. According to the USGBC, The Palazzo is not only the largest LEED-certified building in the United States but it is over four times bigger than the second-largest. This project’s structural steel averaged 95% recycled content. |
